Pricing: All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Retail Terms: C.O.D, money order or credit card. State sales tax will be added for residence in Ohio. Dealers: C.O.D. (if approved),
money order or credit card.
Refused Orders: Customer is responsible for all freight costs to and from destination for refusing a product delivery, plus a 15%
restocking fee. These charges are to be paid before any new orders are processed for shipment. Following a delivery refusal the
account’s terms may be changed to C.O.D.
Returns: All requests for product returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. The return has to have a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number from JayBrake and must include a copy of the original purchase invoice. Customer pays
for the return freight and JayBrake will exchange product or process a credit to your account. All returns must be in the original
packaging to be eligible for any credit or exchange. Any return sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special order sales are final and
may not be returned.
All warranty claims must be made through your point of purchase.
Limited Warranty: JayBrake’s warranty extends to the original purchaser only and a copy of the sales receipt must be provided.
Keep your receipts. JayBrake recommends to our customers that they have their JayBrake products installed by a licensed
motorcycle dealer who is certified to work on Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. JayBrake offers a one year warranty for defects
in material and workmanship. Repair will be the initial resolution. Replacement will be at JayBrake’s discretion. To obtain
warranty service, call to receive a return authorization number. Return must include description of the problem and a copy
of the purchase invoice. Customers are responsible for freight charges to JayBrake. JayBrake will pay the ground freight when
returning the product to the customer. Any misuse, negligence in handling or installation, redesign or unauthorized repair
work will void warranty coverage. Chrome plated billet aluminum products are very fragile. They must be handled and installed
with extreme care. The parts are guaranteed to be free of defect at time of shipping. JayBrake warranties chrome plating for
one year from the date of purchase for defects. (Defects include peeling or blistering of the chrome from the base material.)
Damage that may occur during installation or use are the responsibility of the customer. It is up to the discretion of JayBrake to
determine if the products were properly cared for. All JayBrake Master Cylinders require a high quality Dot 5 or Dot 4 fluid. Use
of any other fluid voids your warranty.
Chrome Parts: JayBrake ensures that our parts are chrome plated to the highest quality. However, chrome must be properly
cared for. Salt, sand and humidity are all harmful to chrome. The life of your chrome may be shortened if not properly cleaned
with a mild soap, water and waxed. Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
