and free <strong>of</strong> visible suspended matter and<br />
shall contain not more than 0.020 percent<br />
<strong>of</strong> the “heavy metals”; mercury, lead, bismuth,<br />
and copper, expressed as lead (Pb).<br />
And shall contain no soluble mineral or organic<br />
substances in quantities capable <strong>of</strong> a deleterious<br />
or injurious effect upon the health <strong>of</strong> those<br />
consuming water that has been treated properly<br />
with hydr<strong>of</strong>luosilicic acid.<br />
