Message from<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>Mayor</strong>:<br />
It is my privilege to welcome you to<br />
<strong>the</strong> 8th <strong>Mayor</strong>'s Moonlight <strong>Gala</strong> on<br />
behalf <strong>of</strong> my Council colleagues.<br />
The <strong>Mayor</strong>'s <strong>Gala</strong> represents both<br />
a time <strong>of</strong> celebration for our<br />
accomplishments <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 2011 <strong>Gala</strong><br />
and an opportunity to once aga<strong>in</strong><br />
raise funds for <strong>the</strong> Brant<br />
Community Foundation. Toge<strong>the</strong>r,<br />
<strong>in</strong> seven years, we have raised<br />
more than $355,000.00 to support<br />
worthy community projects.<br />
Proceeds from <strong>the</strong> <strong>Mayor</strong>'s <strong>Gala</strong><br />
will go to support worthwhile<br />
community projects through <strong>the</strong><br />
creation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Mayor</strong>'s <strong>Gala</strong><br />
Endowment Fund with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Brant<br />
Community Foundation. Assets <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> Brant Community Foundation<br />
are kept <strong>in</strong> perpetuity and grants<br />
from earn<strong>in</strong>gs <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Endowment<br />
Fund will support <strong>in</strong>itiatives that<br />
streng<strong>the</strong>n our community by<br />
address<strong>in</strong>g future needs as <strong>the</strong>y<br />
arise.<br />

our vision. It is through your<br />
cooperative efforts that <strong>the</strong> Brant<br />
