Hors D’Oeuvres
Jumbo Peeled Shrimp with seafood sauce
Potato pancake with caviar
Spring rolls with hoisin dipping sauce
Dinner
Assorted breads with sweet butter
Italian Antipasto -­‐ cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto,
bococcini cheese, bruschetta bread
Penne Rigate Arrabiatta -­‐ Spicy roma tomato sauce with kalamata
olives, roasted peppers, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and
pecorini romano cheese
Breast of Grain-­‐Fed Chicken -­‐ Pan-­‐seared and roasted with
woodland mushrooms, shallots and balsamic pan jus,
Roast Beef Tenderloin served with rosemary roasted potatoes
and sauteed seasonal vegetables
Family style bowls of mediterranean insalata including crisp greens
and organic seedlings with ripe tomatoes, red onions and olives
with feta cheese and mediterranean dressing

the Mayor:
It is my privilege to welcome you to
the 8th Mayor's Moonlight Gala on
behalf of my Council colleagues.
The Mayor's Gala represents both
a time of celebration for our
accomplishments of the 2011 Gala
and an opportunity to once again
raise funds for the Brant
Community Foundation. Together,
in seven years, we have raised
more than $355,000.00 to support
worthy community projects.
Proceeds from the Mayor's Gala
will go to support worthwhile
community projects through the
creation of the Mayor's Gala
Endowment Fund within the Brant
Community Foundation. Assets of
the Brant Community Foundation
are kept in perpetuity and grants
from earnings of the Endowment
Fund will support initiatives that
strengthen our community by
addressing future needs as they
arise.
I take this opportunity to thank
you, our guests, sponsors and
donors for your ongoing support of
our vision. It is through your
cooperative efforts that the Brant
Community Foundation has
Mlourished. Its continued growth
and success is based on your
support. This evening's Gala is
evidence of this support. With your
help, we intend to accomplish even
more in the years ahead.
