Companies must leverage all of their employees to sustain

successful results in today’s economy. The purpose

of this conference is to prepare the men and women in

the Price College of Business MBA Program and others

in the college community to understand some of

the unique issues women face in an organization. The

conference also will prepare students for the challenges

they will face as leaders in their organizations and equip

them with the strategies and skills to catalyze change,

accelerate development, build successful teams, and create

sustainable operating results for their organization.

Through an excellent group of keynote speakers, the

conference aims to:

1. Raise awareness regarding women in business

leadership roles

2. Provide leadership development to MBA

students

3. Provide a networking and mentorship event

for current MBA students with alums and

women business leaders

4. Provide relevant, educational material for

leading in a recessionary economy

5. Promote a spirit of camaraderie among our

women in the business community
