Health Insurance<br />
All participants must have their own<br />
medical insurance through their family<br />
policy <strong>of</strong> some other source which will<br />
serve as primary coverage<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> Note:<br />
Please do not bring personal basketball<br />
or other personal belongings. SI Hoops<br />
is not responsible for lost or stolen<br />
items. <strong>Camp</strong>ers/teams will receive a<br />
confirmation letter and map one week<br />
prior to camp via email.<br />
CSI will be hosting its fifth combination team<br />
camp in Twin Falls, ID at CSI and local high<br />
school facilities.<br />
Who:<br />
Varsity and JV teams - maximum <strong>of</strong> 6 JV<br />
teams. Coaches can call Jason Nichols to<br />
reserve a spot. You must register by June 7th,<br />
2013!!!<br />
We will provide an opportunity for players to<br />
build upon their knowledge <strong>of</strong> the game.<br />
Players will be given individual fundamental<br />
instruction during the morning session and will<br />
participate in team games in the afternoon.<br />
Instruction will be provided by collegiate and<br />
high school coaches, former collegiate<br />
players, and current Lady Eagles. CSI head<br />
coach Randy Rogers and staff will direct the<br />
camp.<br />
Facilities:<br />
The camp will be held at the <strong>College</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Southern</strong> <strong>Idaho</strong>. Games will be played at CSI<br />
and other local High school facilities.<br />
Overnight campers can stay in the dormitory<br />
(supervision provided at all times) on campus<br />
or choose to stay at a local hotel.
