Section 4. DEFINITION OF TFRMS. For purposes of this ordinance, the<br />
wnq terms shaH be defined as follows:<br />
(a) Motor Racing - is the subset of motorsport/motosport activities which<br />
involve competitors racing against each other. Forms of motor racing include<br />
auto racing, motorcycle racing, flatboat racing, and truck racing, among<br />
others.<br />
Os) Motorsportfmotosport - group of sports which primarily involve the use of<br />
motorized vehicles, whether for racing or non-racing competition.<br />
(ci Motor Vehicle - any vehicle propelled or drawn by any power other than<br />
muscular, except aircraft and train.<br />
Section 5. CELEBRATION. The celebration of the Motor Racing Festival will be<br />
ig the month of September which coincides with the United Nations World Tourism<br />
ti<br />
Section 6. ORGANIZING COMMITTEE. To ensure that the objectives will be<br />
the following wifl compose the organizing committee:<br />

Section 7. FUNCTIONS OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE.<br />
7.1 Issue the necessary guidelines, rules and regulations that will govern motor<br />
racing activities.<br />
7 2 Check compliance of organizers with the necessary requirements and<br />
permits in conducting motor racing activities.<br />
7 3 Conduct, in cooperation with duly registered associations driving clinics and<br />
seminars to acquaint racers with the do's and don'ts of racing.
