We`re back again
After a long break a new Wiehler Magazine is
under preparation which should bring you both
enjoyment and incitement.
It will probably be appearing in October – but for
the last time it will be in the familiar form
as a pure “reading” magazine.
e large number of downloads for the fi rst and
second Wiehler Magazine has shown us that there
are many people who fi nd this topic interesting.
We are hoping for closer contacts ‚around the
world’. For this reason, after the Autumn issue
we involve you in our Wiehler Magazine with the
Christmas issue.
e Christmas magazine will therefore appear as
WIEHLER
Magazin
Ausgabe 03 I August 2008
with a wealth of news!
a so-called Internet blog in which you will be able
and are expected to take an active part.
As before, we will also be presenting
interesting articles concerned with the topic of
“Embroidery” as well as further handicraft arts
that are still preserved today.
In the blog system, however, you can also
comment personally on our articles or let us and
other interested people benefi t from your
experience.
In the Autumn issue we will be showing you in
detail how this Internet blog works.
We are already looking forward to this interesting
active dialogue with members of the large Wiehler
family!
In the Autumn issue the topic “Embroidery through the Ages” will have particular
signi cance. You will be surprised as to how much “history of women” is
conveyed in the development of embroidery. Let it be a surprise to you!
In addition we are looking forward to starting up an attempt at
embroidery “all over the world” with your help.
But more about this in the next magazine!
