(c) that at the time of the commission of the offence, their ages
were in this order;
(i) the first appellant was 18 years 6 months and 3 days old;
(ii) the second appellant, a child offender, was 16 years 11
months and 27 days old;
(iii) the third appellant was 19 years 6 months and 21 days
old; and
(iv) the fourth appellant was 23 years 3 months and 8 days
old.
(d) that they all came from poor family backgrounds and had no
proper education:
(i) the first appellant attended school up to primary six at
Sekolah Kebangsaan Beladin;
(ii) the second appellant, a child offender, did not go to school
at all;
(iii) the third appellant attended school up to Form 5 at
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Santubong; and
(iv) the fourth appellant attended school up to primary six at
Sekolah Kebangsaan Beladin.
