<strong>Job</strong> Summary and Mission<br />

This job contributes to Secans success, by being responsible for ensuring that<br />

customer orders, requests and requirements are handled within performance<br />

agreement and ensure project specific orders are prepared to fullfill the needs within<br />

the account. Models and act in accordance to Secans guiding principles.<br />

Summary of Key Responsibilities<br />

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the<br />

following:<br />

1. Provide all paperwork for internal order fulfillment such as project specific<br />

orders and warehouse documents<br />

2. Subject matter expert for all customers questions around systems and supply<br />

questions.<br />

3. Create accurate export documentation for outbound (international) shipments<br />

4. Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with customers, suppliers<br />

and team members to ensure effective communications.<br />

5. Conducts ongoing development of commercial supply chain activities<br />

6. Sales of outbound transport<br />

7. Overall support within the account team for several customers

Required knowledge, skills and abilities<br />

• Clear & consistent communications (both writing & speaking) in Dutch, and<br />

English and preferable one other foreign language.<br />

• Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines<br />

• Ability to work independently and as part of an account team<br />

• Strong problem-solving skills<br />

• Strong planning skills<br />

• System skills<br />

• Manage, build & maintian relation ships with (international) customers<br />

• Understanding of Retail store Development / Retail construction<br />

• MBO or MBO+<br />
