planning, order management, pick and pack, project management, store construction,<br />

<strong>Job</strong> Summary and Mission<br />
This job contributes to Secans success, by developing tactical supply plans, and<br />
establishing inventory levels for assigned materials to achieve legendary service,<br />
supply chain and financial objectives. Ensure that the right product is in the right<br />
place at the right time in the right qualities to meet customer demand. Models and<br />
act in accordance to Secans guiding principles.<br />
Summary of Key Responsibilities<br />
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the<br />
following:<br />
1. Provide/ Create forecast files at SKU-level and upload in ERP system<br />
2. Demand & supply planning (MRP-run in system & placing PO’s towards<br />
suppliers)<br />
3. Stock management >> Ensure product availability against forecasted quantity<br />
and manage stock levels/ stock turns per account.<br />
4. Arrange inbound transportation for ex-works suppliers<br />
5. Reporting on Key-Performance-Indicators (KPI)<br />
6. Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with suppliers and team<br />
members to ensure effective communications.<br />
7. Conducts ongoing development of supply chain activities to improve the<br />
business.<br />
8. Overall support within the account team for several international customers

Supply Planning (Demand planning) 3 years<br />
Supply Chain Services (forecasting) 3 years<br />
Required knowledge, skills and abilities<br />
Clear & consistent communications (both writing & speaking) in Dutch,<br />
English and preferable one other foreign language.<br />
Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines<br />
Ability to work independently and as part of an account team<br />
Strong problem-solving skills<br />
Strong planning skills<br />
Strong System skills (MS Excel knowledge is required)<br />
Manage, build & maintain relationships with (international) suppliers<br />
Understanding of Retail Store Development / Retail construction<br />
Understanding of Supply Chain Services<br />
MBO or MBO+<br />
