build retail outlets, maintain brands, and deliver promotions. To execute this operational plan,

Secans ensures enough work forces to execute the operational activities, such as demand

planning, order management, pick and pack, project management, store construction,

financial management and installation.

Job Title: Supply/ Demand Planner

Job Summary and Mission

This job contributes to Secans success, by developing tactical supply plans, and

establishing inventory levels for assigned materials to achieve legendary service,

supply chain and financial objectives. Ensure that the right product is in the right

place at the right time in the right qualities to meet customer demand. Models and

act in accordance to Secans guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the

following:

1. Provide/ Create forecast files at SKU-level and upload in ERP system

2. Demand & supply planning (MRP-run in system & placing PO’s towards

suppliers)

3. Stock management >> Ensure product availability against forecasted quantity

and manage stock levels/ stock turns per account.

4. Arrange inbound transportation for ex-works suppliers

5. Reporting on Key-Performance-Indicators (KPI)

6. Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with suppliers and team

members to ensure effective communications.

7. Conducts ongoing development of supply chain activities to improve the

business.

8. Overall support within the account team for several international customers


Summary of Experience

Supply Planning (Demand planning) 3 years

Supply Chain Services (forecasting) 3 years

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

Clear & consistent communications (both writing & speaking) in Dutch,

English and preferable one other foreign language.

Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of an account team

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong planning skills

Strong System skills (MS Excel knowledge is required)

Manage, build & maintain relationships with (international) suppliers

Understanding of Retail Store Development / Retail construction

Understanding of Supply Chain Services

MBO or MBO+
