Let your brand be our business! About Secans At the beginning of 2000 a team of store development professionals started working on a concept to ensure international retailers could continue to grow whilst maintaining their brand and their working capital. Typically for retail expansion are changes, short lead times, multiple partners and cost pressure. Finding the best location-customer combination is key for the retailer’s future success. Implementing the brand is crucial to their long term success. All this needs a smooth supply chain machine that allows designers to adhere to the local needs but at the same time adheres to the financial and operation needs. The team created systems and processes in which real estate links into Store Development Supply Chain. This link enables an efficient and effective demand plan of products which are implemented through Secans global network. Secans is Latin for connection, touch point. The point in which Secans takes over the responsibility and ownership and works together with the client to achieve the ultimate goal of a successful implementation of the brand worldwide by using a smart supply chain and the global network to ensure lowest possible working capital and best performance.
