2. This case was discussed in the CAC meeting held on 16.04.2012.<br />
3. Industry has <strong>submitted</strong> reply <strong>to</strong> the SCN on 26.04.2012.<br />
4. SRO-Mahad has <strong>submitted</strong> report 03.05.2012.<br />
5. Industry has obtained Environmental Clearance from GoM for the same<br />
Product.<br />
6. Industry has paid consent fees Rs. 35, 76,738 /-as per revised<br />
G.R.25.08.2011.<br />
7. RO- Raigad has recommended case for grant <strong>of</strong> consent <strong>to</strong> operate subject <strong>to</strong>,<br />
industry shall provide full-fledged ETP and STP for treatment <strong>of</strong> industrial and<br />
domestic effluent.<br />
8. Industry has provided ETP <strong>to</strong> treat the domestic and industrial effluent.<br />
9. Recommended case for grant <strong>of</strong> consent <strong>to</strong> operate for the period up <strong>to</strong><br />
28.02.2014 subject <strong>to</strong> following conditions<br />
I. Industry shall install STP <strong>of</strong> adequate capacity for domestic<br />
effluent.<br />
II. Industry shall achieve BOD- 5 mg/l standard for treated industrial<br />
effluent .<br />
III. Industry shall provide 3 CAQMS within next 4 months with the B.G.<br />
<strong>of</strong> Rs.5 Lacs.
