AIM OF LCSA:<br />
MISSION – LITURGY – EDUCATION – WORKS OF MERCY<br />
The aim of the <strong>Church</strong> is determ<strong>in</strong>ed by the mandate of<br />
Christ. (Mt 28:18-20).<br />
Therefore the <strong>Church</strong> with all its members dedicates herself<br />
to this commission, which is directed to all her members and<br />
to those who as yet not acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ.<br />
(Mission)<br />
The <strong>Church</strong> commits herself to preach and teach the pure<br />
gospel of Jesus Christ and to adm<strong>in</strong>ister the sacraments<br />
accord<strong>in</strong>g to his <strong>in</strong>stitution. (Worship = Liturgy)<br />
The <strong>Church</strong> prepares its members for discipleship, equipp<strong>in</strong>g<br />
and nurtur<strong>in</strong>g them. (Education, Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g = Sem<strong>in</strong>ary)<br />
The <strong>Church</strong> also takes care that her members as followers of<br />
Christ serves the needy and suffer<strong>in</strong>g fellow be<strong>in</strong>gs . (Works of<br />
Mercy = Diakonia)<br />
