AIM OF LCSA:
MISSION – LITURGY – EDUCATION – WORKS OF MERCY
The aim of the Church is determined by the mandate of
Christ. (Mt 28:18-20).
Therefore the Church with all its members dedicates herself
to this commission, which is directed to all her members and
to those who as yet not acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ.
(Mission)
The Church commits herself to preach and teach the pure
gospel of Jesus Christ and to administer the sacraments
according to his institution. (Worship = Liturgy)
The Church prepares its members for discipleship, equipping
and nurturing them. (Education, Training = Seminary)
The Church also takes care that her members as followers of
Christ serves the needy and suffering fellow beings . (Works of
Mercy = Diakonia)
