House of Morgan<br />
As a New York City landmark, the JP Morgan<br />
headquarters dominated the world financial scene<br />
for nearly a century. This site is now available for<br />

Completed in 1914 by the architectural firm<br />
Trowbridge and Livingston, 23 Wall Street was<br />
known as the “House of Morgan” and its address<br />
became synonymous with American finance.<br />
In 1957, 23 Wall was linked to the neighboring<br />
Equitable Trust Building at 15 Broad Street, a<br />
