Group values, the underpinning of HR management

For BNP Paribas, the ambitious goal of being

the bank for a changing world stemmed from

the values that were chosen by the leadership

of the new Group, at the time of the merger

between BNP and Paribas in 2000. These values

matched the following three intentions:
