• Treatments can be booked either by email or calling your chosen spa
direct. To guarantee your perfect time and date, please book well in
advance.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee
that your treatment begins on time.This will allow you to be fully
relaxed and have completed or updated your wellness questionnaire.
• For your convenience, when staying at the hotel, all treatments and
products can be charged to your room account.
• To avoid cancellation fees, please advise us 48 hours prior to your
treatment time. In the event your treatment is not cancelled, you will be
charged in full for your treatment. If cancelled within 24 hours of your
appointment, 50% of the treatment will be charged.
• In an effort to provide an environment of peace and serenity, we ask
that you refrain from using your mobile phone in public areas in the
spa.
• A swimming costume is obligatory when using our thermal suite.
• For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 18 are not
permitted in the thermal suite. Treatments for children under 18 are
restricted and must be accompanied by an adult, please ask at
reception.
• On making your reservation, please advise us if you have any health
concerns or may be pregnant so that we can guide you towards the
best treatments.
• If you would like us to bespoke a treatment plan during your stay,
private spa consultations are available free of charge by appointment.
• We recommend you leave all valuables at home. We can not be
responsible for any missing items in the spa. Jewellery would need to be
removed prior to treatments commencing.
