An On-Site Buyers Premium of 10% will be charged on all successful bids.
An Online Buyers Premium of 13% will be charged on all successful bids.
PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by the close of business, auction
day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or
company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless
otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour
after the auction or between 8am & 4pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday,
March 6, 7, & 8. Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of
sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a
separate and/or aggregate basis.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being
sold “As Is, Where Is”, with all faults and without any warranties as to
merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the
auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no
express or implied warranties of any type.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
From I-5, take the Central Point/Pine St exit (#33). Drive east on Pine St
approximately 7/10 mile to Hamrick Rd. Turn left on Hamrick and drive
north approximately 8/10 mile which then turns east into W Vilas Rd.
Continue east on Vilas 2/10 mile to Table Rock Rd. Turn left and drive
north on Table Rock Rd approximately 2.6 miles to Antelope Rd. Turn
right and drive east on Antelope Rd approximately 1.5 miles to Agate Rd.
Turn left and drive north on Agate Rd to the auction site, located on the
left.
