The <strong>Johns</strong> <strong>Hopkins</strong> University School of Medicine is accredited by the<br />

Accredit<strong>at</strong>ion Council for Continuing Medical Educ<strong>at</strong>ion to provide<br />

continuing medical educ<strong>at</strong>ion for physicians.<br />

CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT<br />

The <strong>Johns</strong> <strong>Hopkins</strong> University School of Medicine design<strong>at</strong>es this<br />

educ<strong>at</strong>ional activity for a maximum of 19.0 AMA PRA C<strong>at</strong>egory 1<br />

Credits TM . Physicians should only claim credit commensur<strong>at</strong>e with the<br />

extent of their particip<strong>at</strong>ion in the activity.<br />

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accepts AMA PRA<br />

C<strong>at</strong>egory 1 Credit TM from organiz<strong>at</strong>ions accredited by the AC<strong>CME</strong>.<br />

American Academy of Physician Assistants<br />

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts certific<strong>at</strong>es<br />

of particip<strong>at</strong>ion for educ<strong>at</strong>ional activities certified for AMA PRA<br />

C<strong>at</strong>egory 1 Credit TM from organiz<strong>at</strong>ions accredited by the AC<strong>CME</strong>.<br />

Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 19.0 hours of C<strong>at</strong>egory<br />

1 credit for completing this program.<br />
