THE TRUTH ABOUT
AHMADIYYA
MASJID AL-AQSA
The third holiest site to Muslims is
Masjid Al-Aqsa (pictured on the
right) in Jerusalem, Palestine. It is
this locality that the Holy Qur’an
refers to in the following verse,
“Glorified be He Who carried His
servant by night from the
Inviolable Place of Worship to the
Far distant place of worship the
neighbourhood whereof We have
blessed...” (The Holy Qur’an, 17:1)
Mirza Ghulam Ahmad contends,
“…Qadian is mentioned in the
Holy Qur’an... It is a certainty that
the verse of the Holy Qur’an
(17.2)… means the mosque of the
Promised Messiah which is in
Qadian.” (Tadhkirah, Page 460/1)
In reference to this event, the
Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
said, “When the people of Quraish
did not believe me (i.e. the story of
my Night Journey), I stood up in
Al-Hijr and Allah displayed
Jerusalem in front of me, and I
began describing it to them while I
was looking at it.” (Sahih Bukhari,
V5, B58, #226). Mirza Ghulam
Ahmad Qadiani is clearly a liar.
I Am Superior
THE POLYTHEIST PROPHET
In 1907, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad gave a ruling on a belief
that he considered was shirk (polytheism). He stated,
“…It is rude to say that Jesus didn’t die, and it is indeed
major shirk”. (Roohani Khazain, Volume 22, Haqiqat-Ul-
Wahi, Page 660) This is his opinion, his fatwa if you will
that if an individual is holding such a belief then s/he is
committing a grave sin in the form of shirk.
However, earlier in his life, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad says,
“….But as a body of Muslims was firmly of the faith - and
I too believed - that Jesus (AS) would descend from
heaven…” (The Essence of Islam, Volume 4, Page 46) This
is reiterated by A.R. Dard in his biography of Mirza
Ghulam Ahmad where he says, “Ahmad (as) reiterated in
the Brahin-e-Ahmadiyya, published in 1884, the popular
belief that Jesus (as) was alive in the heavens and that
he would come again to this world… It was in 1891,
when God informed Ahmad (as) that Jesus (as) had died,
that he changed his belief...” (Life of Ahmad, Page 50)
Therefore at least during the first fifty-two years of his
life and the first twelve years after supposedly being
assigned as a “prophet”, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, in his
own words, was committing an unforgivable sin in the
form of shirk which is impossible for a prophet of God.

I AM SUPERIOR
In 1902 Mirza Ghulam Ahmad
began making much more
explicit claims. He went to the
extent of declaring that, not
only is he the return of the Holy
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) but
that “...these days, is much
stronger, more complete and
stronger than in those early
years.” (Roohani Khazain, Vol.
16, Khutba-Ilhamia, Page 271/2)
He had the audacity not only to
make a comparison but the
cheek to claim he is superior to
“the master of the children of
Adam” (Bukhari). Only a
wretched, cursed person could
utter such words.
NEW WEBSITE
In September 1902 a man by the name of John Hugh
Smyth-Pigott (b.1852) of the Agapemonites, a Christian
off-shoot sect, made claim to be God incarnate
coinciding with his declaration that he was the second
coming of the Messiah on Earth.
Upon hearing this claim Mirza Ghulam Ahmad wrote a
pamphlet entitled, “A Warning to a Pretender to
Divinity”. Herein he announced “J.H. Smyth Pigott... has
recently announced himself as God… God has, therefore,
commanded me to warn him… that if he does not repent
of this irreverent claim, he shall be soon annihilated,
even in my life-time… If I die before Mr. Pigott, I am not
the true Messiah nor am I from God… God shall bring
the false Messiah to destruction within the life-time of
the true one.” The Ahmadiyya monthly magazine,
“Review of Religions” stated that this was “not a
challenge” to Pigott, but rather it was a “definite
prophecy” (Review of Religions, Page 349, Sep 1903).
This was published in numerous newspapers around Europe and America. It should be
emphasised that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad prophesised that Pigott would die within his lifetime
unless he repented. In particular note the fact that he said “If I die before Mr. Pigott, I am
not the true Messiah nor am I from God”. Pigott continued his claim stating in 1909, “I am
God” (The Nottingham Evening Post, “Smyth-Pigott Dead”, Page 7, Monday, March 21 st
1927). Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani died in Lahore on May 26 th 1908 (A Message of Peace,
Page III) and John Hugh Smyth-Pigott died years after him in London on March 21 st 1927.
The prophecy failed as Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was a false prophet as was Pigott.
