Introduction • What is SAFE: Safe Ammonia Facilities Education? – SAFE is a program designed to meet BASIC ammonia awareness training required annually by OSHA for individuals that may be affected by an ammonia release. – SAFE is not designed to be a comprehensive technical training for ammonia handling.
