Ballast assembly is attached directly to the
housing, creating a heat sink that dissipates
heat and helps to extend ballast life.
The lamp is oriented in the horizontal position, so that
lumen output is maximized. Two distribution patterns
are available, forward throw and wide throw.
Porcelain screwshell and
nickel plated contact, features
associated with higher priced
luminaries, are standard
on the V-Sconce.
Wide and even distribution of
light are provided by the highly
reflective optical system. The
lamp, reflector system and
housing provide cutoff of light
at normal viewing angles…
making the V-Sconce a good
neighbor to adjacent property.
The entire optical system is
sealed with a perimeter memory
retentive gasket that will keep
bugs, dust and moisture from
compromising the interior of the
luminaire and the optical system.
The housing is completely sealed
at the back of the luminaire.
