The world leading pilot treater at your service To provide a more realistic testing environment for new resins and applications, Dynea offers customers the use of its state-of the art “lab-scale” pilot treater. This unique impregnation unit can handle up to 70cm wide paper at a typical line speed of 15m per minute. A wide range of paper qualities and weights can be impregnated. The treater can be adjusted to simulate customer’s production processes. Dynea’s pilot treater is one of the most modern pilot machines existing and it enables us to provide customers with a greatly enhanced level of technical service. Located at our Krems facility in the center of Europe, we are organized to effectively support the research and development work going on at our customers as well as at our own sites around the globe. Dynea’s investment in this treater provides the industry with a tool to design and test process modification efficiently on a pilot scale.
