Management System. The judges’ citation reads: "An innovative and low cost<br />

air pollution model system has been developed as part of the campaign to<br />

reduce the number of premature deaths caused by air pollution. The system has<br />

adaptations from broad and long-range levels, right down to particular<br />

problems of individual streets. It also can be adopted for use world-wide."<br />

2004 “In recognition of outstanding work”, JBR has been admitted as a Fellow of<br />

Wessex Institute of Great Britain.<br />

UNIX: Experienced in UNIX-based platforms: workstations (PC, SGI, SUN, HP), vector<br />

processor super computers (CRAY and CONVEX) and parallel processor super<br />

computer (SGI, Compaq).<br />

PC: Experienced in PC-based platforms (DOS, Windows and Linux)<br />

VMS: Experienced in VMS-based platforms (DIGITAL, VAX, ALPHA).<br />

Languages: Experienced in programming languages FORTRAN 77, FORTRAN 90, Pascal<br />

and Turbo Pascal. Knowledge to C and C++.<br />

Graphics: Experienced in advanced visualization and animation techniques (UNIRAS and<br />

VIS5D).<br />
