The regeneration of resins shall be performed<br />
in relation to the water in the mains network to<br />
which the machine is connected.<br />

In order to check the degree of water hardness<br />
and consequently the time and type of<br />
intervention, specific kits available on the market<br />
can be used.<br />
The operation can be performed on the vending<br />
machine as follows:<br />
- power the machine off<br />
- turn the lower tap taking care to place the<br />
related hose into a bucket or better into a drain<br />
system (fig.60).<br />
- remove the cover and introduce 1.5 kg of<br />
normal kitchen salt (fig.61)<br />

- refit the cover<br />
- power the machine on and drain the water<br />
until it is no longer salty<br />
- power the machine off and close the tap<br />
(fig.62).<br />
This operation takes about 30/45 minutes.<br />
