• 1927- <strong>Cadastral</strong> act-foundation act foundation Cadastre of<br />

PRESENT CADASTRE OF REAL ESTATES OF THE<br />
CZECH REPUBLIC (CRE)<br />
• CRE was enacted in 1993 by the Act No. 344/1992<br />
Coll., on Cadastre of Real Estates of the <strong>Czech</strong><br />
Republic (<strong>Cadastral</strong> Law), connecting technical and<br />
legal information on real estates in one system<br />
• CRE of the CR is a set of data on real estates from the<br />
whole territory of the state including their:<br />
– Inventory and description and their geometric<br />
specification and position<br />
– Records of property and other material rights and<br />
other legally stipulated rights to real estates
INFORMATION SYSTEM OF CRE<br />
• CRE is administered by 14 cadastral offices<br />
with 107 cadastral workplaces and 4800<br />
employees under responsibility of the <strong>Czech</strong><br />
Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre<br />
• <strong>Czech</strong> CRE is opened for public<br />
• CRE is integrated in Information <strong>System</strong> of<br />
Cadastre of Real Estates<br />
– Represents one of basic registers of state<br />
administration<br />
– Supports significantly functioning of state<br />
administration

• cadastral maps in different scales varied from<br />
1:1000 , 1:2880 , 1:2000 – 40% is digitized, rest is in<br />
raster form<br />
