thAt only could Be completed if the loAn process is well structured And defined.
Choosing a proper MIS does not mean just looking at the IT system but it means looking at the
organisation as a whole and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the structure.
MFIs needs to be aware that the cost of a MIS implementation might be higher than originally expected.
By initiating this change, the analysis entails a lengthy process that might challenge some of the aspects
of how the MFI is working. The MFI might have to rethink the way it operates in order to improve its
efficiency and create an environment that both the MFI personnel and clients will benefit from.
MFIs have to understand that technologies are ever changing and need to be ready to question their
way of operating on a regular basis.
