shelters are created by
combining wind shedding designs
with strategically placed, dual
guy points on each sleeve. Lines
attach directly to pole structures for
superior stability in any weather.
Enhanced aerodynamics with Flat or

factory taped seams, polyester core/
cotton wrap thread, and taped or
seamless bathtub floors.

c > Excellent ventilation: even in rainy
conditions, condensation is kept to
a minimum by large opposed vents.
This design promotes a chimney
effect to maintain air circulation.
No-See-Um panels on the canopy‘s
doors adjust from inside the tent
to control ventilation. Careful
attention to design ensures there is
no contact between fly and canopy.
e > Integrity: Keep it simple and
reduce weight - care is taken to
use simple, proven designs and
hardware. Examples include toggle
and loop connectors and adjustable
pole tension pockets. Of course, field
repairability goes without saying!
f > Natural, pleasing colors: warm
yellow interiors are pleasant and
relaxing, even when stormy weather
keeps you inside the tent.
Earthy, green color rainflies blend
with nature; or, bright, terracotta
color rainflies are easily spotted in
bad weather or from a distance.

usable interior space with steep side walls and
large, protected vestibules. Vestibules provide ample
space for storage and cooking*. Models with
dual vestibules and entrances offer easy access
and eliminate “trauma by kick“ to a sleeping tent
mate. At least one inner door is large enough for
two people to sit next to one another.
Canopies can be unhooked to increase vestibule
space. Loops and pockets keep the tent tidy.
*If cooking inside the vestibule, always prime and
light stoves at a safe distance from the tent.
