Dear Profashionals,<br />

We are pleased to present to you our print issue no. 35 of the FASHION SQUARE GUIDE.<br />

The number of companies introducing themselves world-wide to the entire fashion<br />

industry via this „who-is-who“ has grown once again. The GUIDE as a PR and marketing<br />

tool is unique in this form and is gaining increased international recognition. Only<br />

selected designers, manufacturers and agents can book an entry. 15,000 copies (over 400<br />

pages) will be sent out yet again to leading retailers and trade journalists in Germany as<br />

well as the rest of Europe, and are on display at choice hotels and showrooms in<br />

Germany; in Milan and Paris, visitors to the trade fairs equally refer to the FASHION<br />

SQUARE GUIDE.<br />

On our website – in 9 languages – the GUIDE has been available for download since the<br />

beginning of the year. The number of recorded hits tells us that the GUIDE is attracting<br />

more and more attention. Visitors from 95 countries and 1,600 cities go to<br />

www.fashion-square.net. If you are listed here, you are part of the scene.<br />

The retailers love the GUIDE as a reference docu<strong>men</strong>t for the entire season, and as a<br />

source of information. The printed issue is supple<strong>men</strong>ted by the many navigational<br />

features on the Website. International showrooms, collections, product groups,<br />

assort<strong>men</strong>ts – everything can be located with speed and ease.<br />

In combination with an entry in the GUIDE, designers, manufacturers and agents have the<br />

possibility to provide interesting sales support to the retailers: They can send us the<br />

names of those retailers – world-wide – who stock the collections and we will include<br />

them free of charge in our SHOPFINDER: www.fashion-square-shopfinder.net.<br />

This allows consumers to find without delay and directly the shops that stock their<br />

favourite labels. Currently over 4,500 retailers from 50 countries are featured in the<br />

SHOPFINDER.<br />

The “fwD fashion week düsseldorf” (www.fashion-week-duesseldorf.net) assumes an<br />

important spot during international ordering events – due to its focus on ordering and the<br />

breadth of its offer in regard to internationality, genre and product groups. And even the<br />

major international names are present during this period, either directly or via their<br />

agents. Düsseldorf is not only a centre for ordering, but also a service centre. Many<br />

showrooms are open for business throughout the whole year. From 28.01.–07.02.2012<br />

– during the fashion week – the showrooms of the “SHOWROOMS DÜSSELDORF<br />

Community”, Halle 29, Halle 30, Lighthouse, doubleU are particularly highly frequented.<br />

Fairs are scheduled for specific dates: CPD Signatures (04.02.-06.02.2012), Supreme<br />

by munichfashion.company (04.02.–07.02.2012) and Premium Order Düsseldorf<br />

(04.02.–07.02.2012). The 4 fashion centres in Düsseldorf and Neuss highlight the diversity:<br />
