Bordeaux, is the leader in the production of “Canelés de Bordeaux”. This
speciality exists in the Bordeaux region since the 16th century. The
Canelés de Bordeaux is a delicious French pastry, delicately flavoured with rum
and vanilla. Its soft interior is coated by a lightly caramelized layer. It is a high
quality and natural product without any color or food additive. Aquitaine
Spécialités produces an ambient range -for high quality retail- and a frozen range
-for all food services-. Organic and Halal ranges of the Canelés are also available.

traditional recipe.
