your colours. The 4 steps are simple and can be completed very quickly<br />
resulting in a very short ‘enquiry to delivery’ time.<br />
1. Identification of prefered garments from the <strong>Gilbert</strong> Custom range<br />
Identify which garments you would like us to specially make for you. Select<br />
your colour options from the colour palettes from the relevant pages within<br />
this brochure.<br />
2. Supply of all club crests and logos in digital artwork format (EPS)<br />
All artwork for club crests/logos and sponsors logos must be supplied in digital<br />
format, either vector (preferable) or Jpeg format and embroidery DST files.<br />
3. Final approval of shirt design and artwork<br />
We will provide you with a final digital proof with all logos, crests, player<br />
names, numbers and sizes in place for your approval prior to the garment<br />
production process.<br />
4. Artwork approval and confirmation of quantities and sizes<br />
When you have approved the final design the order can be processed and a<br />
delivery schedule agreed. Logo proofs will be emailed for approval.<br />

Our team will work with you, creating a series of design options for you<br />
to choose from. They will then take you through the entire process<br />
making sure that you are kept informed at all times.<br />
1. Design consultation with special print design team<br />
We can create a new design for you, or work with you using your<br />
existing Club strip as the basis for your Teamwear design.<br />
2. Supply of all club crests and logos in digital artwork format (EPS)<br />
All artwork for club crests/logos and sponsors logos must be<br />
supplied in digital format.<br />
3. Final approval of shirt design and artwork<br />
We will provide you with a final digital proof with all logos, crests,<br />
player names, numbers and sizes in place for your approval prior to<br />
the garment production process.<br />
4. Artwork approval and confirmation of quantities and sizes<br />
When you have approved the final design the order can be<br />
processed and a delivery schedule agreed, subject to approval<br />
of the factory pattern proofs which are created using the digital<br />
designs that we have created for you.<br />
5. Factory pattern proofs are issued for final sign off<br />
A set of factory pattern proofs will be issued to you<br />
for final approval immediately prior to production.<br />
Very minor amends can be made at this stage<br />
without effecting the delivery date.<br />
6. Garments produced and delivered - to schedule<br />
Your new kit will be delivered on time.<br />
