Ms. phillips advised that Grace Reapp's mother was up for a visit, the week before, and<br />
had left the daY Grace got sick'<br />
Tt's officer subsequently contacted Mrs. Sylvia Phillips Gnall; she re-married between<br />
tt. tl*" of Cpl. McMaster's interview, and mine.<br />
Mrs. Gnall advised that she, Judy Thibault and Grace Reapp were all fnends when Grace<br />
disapPeared.<br />
Mrs. Gnall advised that she recalls calling for Grace the days just before she was reponed<br />
as missing. Mrs. Gnall advised that she members Michael Reapp answering the<br />
telephone, and he telling her that Grace was not feeiing well. Mrs' Gnail advised that she<br />
never did talk with Grace.<br />
Mrs. Gnall advised that she also recalls that Michael and Grace were doing some type of<br />
iandscaping around the house.<br />
f. This officer and then Det. Sgt. Timothy Chagnon had met with Michael Reapp on<br />
09-23-19g6, and obtained u r*o.o, taped statement from him regarding Grace and<br />
Graciet s disaPPearance.<br />
Michael Reapp advised us that he had called Judy Thibault, who was Grace's best friend,<br />
a day or so after Grace and Gracie had disappeared.<br />
Michael Reapp also advised that Judy Thibault had told him that she (Thibault) had seen<br />
Grace in Dovrntown Burlington, with a guy in a car. Michael Reapp advised that Judy<br />
Thibault had told him that she did not recognize this man.<br />
Michael Reapp fuither advised that he's assumed that his son, Bnan Reapp, has seen<br />
them (Grace and Gracie), although he had never asked Brian point bla'nk if he (Brian) had<br />
acrually seen than.<br />
Michael Reapp also advised us that he had calied Grace's mother, Filomena Byron, in<br />
Connecticut, when Grace first left, to see if Grace was there; Michael Reapp advised that<br />
Fiiomena Byron advised him that Grace was not there, although he (Michael) never did<br />
believe that.<br />
g. Record checks on Grace Reapp through the U.S. State Deparrment, and the Social<br />
S..unry Administration have failed to show any activity on her.
