Clarence Chee is a highly committed achiever whose performance is

fuelled by extensive multi-disciplinary capability. He is results driven,

with a proven track record in significant roles across biomedical

research, operations, human resources (HR), information technology

and events management.

Equally at home in a scientific, commercial or defence organisation,

Clarence delivers effective leadership capacity built on his practiced

inter-personal skills and multi-cultural understanding.

Clarence is analytical, and has a demonstrated track record in

complex problem resolution. He prides himself on being innovative

which, combined with his high degree of commitment and persistence,

has allowed him to achieve outstanding results across the heavily

diversified fields to which he has applied himself.

Clarence’s strength in organisational transformation is demonstrated

in his current role as Operations Manager in an engineering firm as

well as in previous roles including HR Specialist with the Singapore

Armed Forces.
