Digital Technology
The current humidity level in the room is shown on the
display. Digitally control the relative humidity level with the
programmable hygrostat from 20 % to 90 %. The evaporator
E2251 automatically adjusts the humidity output to keep
the humidity at the desired level.
High performance with low consumption
The high humidity output of 600 g per hour makes the
evaporator E2251 suitable for rooms up to 110m 2 . Even
with the high performance, which can be controlled via
the 3 output levels, the unit has a low power consumption
(20 W in night mode).
Anti-microbial protection system (ISS)
The newly developed Ionic Silver Stick (ISS) keeps the
water fresh thanks to an innovative system, which efficiently
eliminates odour-causing bacteria. The ISS utilises the
anti-microbial property of silver and provides up to a
season’s worth of optimal water quality maintenance in
all AIR-O-SWISS and BONECO humidifiers. The ISS
works even when the humidifier is switched off.
3 output levels
The evaporator offers three output levels for power, normal
and night operation. This allows for either maximum performance
or ultra silent night mode (equivalent to the sound
of a sleeping baby). In addition, the evaporator has a low
power consumption while achieving a high humidity output.
Easy operation and handling
Simple handling and cleaning for your convenience –
this unit comes apart in a few easy steps. This way the
replacement of the evaporator mat is quick and easy.
All blue plastic parts can conveniently be cleaned in the
dish washer. The water level is always visible through
the transparent and removeable water tank.
Evaporator System
The evaporation system humidifies room air using an eva-
porator wick. A fan draws dry air through the moistened
wick and re-circulates properly humidified air back into the
room. As air passes through the wick, it catches airborne
particles to some extent. Due to its self-regulating principle
it is suitable for operation throughout the whole year.
