Our custom pasta is a great way to create<br />

a signature dish for your menu. We simply<br />

prepare your custom flavored pasta and cut<br />

it to fit your specifications. Custom flavored<br />

ravioli filling can be made to your recipe or,<br />

you can supply the filling and we will fill the<br />

pasta of your choice. (Excluding meat and<br />

poultry ravioli fillings.)<br />

Frozen Filled <strong>Pasta</strong>/Gnocchi<br />

Ravioli are part of OHIO CITY PASTA’s frozen<br />

pasta offerings. They are traditional square shaped<br />

ravioli. Our ravioli’s are packed 108 per case, and<br />

are approximately 2" square. Our small ravioli<br />

(Currently available in Four Cheese) are packed<br />

180 per case, and are approximately 1.5" square.<br />

LARGE 108-COUNT RAVIOLI<br />

• CRAB AND SHRIMP RAVIOLI IN RED PEPPER PASTA<br />

Crab and shrimp are mixed with ricotta and Italian seasoning then<br />

stuffed in a roasted red pepper pasta.<br />

• BLACK BEAN AND CHEDDAR IN JALAPEÑO PASTA<br />

Black beans and cheddar cheese are seasoned and stuffed in<br />

jalapeño pasta.<br />

• ARTICHOKE AND CHEESE IN WHOLE WHEAT PASTA*<br />

Hearts of artichoke are blended with our four cheese filling and<br />

stuffed in a whole wheat pasta.<br />

• ROASTED EGGPLANT AND GARLIC IN ROASTED<br />

RED PEPPER PASTA*<br />

Fire roasted eggplant is blended with roasted garlic, ricotta,<br />

mozzarella, provolone, and Romano cheeses and seasoned with<br />

Italian herbs and stuffed in roasted red pepper pasta.<br />

• MUSHROOM, PORT WINE AND BLUE CHEESE<br />

IN EGG PASTA<br />

Cremini and button mushrooms are seasoned and sautéed then<br />

blended with blue cheese and port wine reduction and stuffed in<br />

egg pasta. Great with red meats!<br />

• BUTTERNUT SQUASH IN SAGE PASTA*<br />

Slow roasted butternut squash is mixed with a little ricotta and<br />

romano cheese. Brown butter and seasoning are then added and<br />

stuffed in sage pasta.<br />

• SWEET POTATO IN EGG PASTA (SEASONAL)<br />

Sweet Potato is blended with ricotta then seasoned with brown<br />

butter, sage and roasted garlic. The filling is stuffed in egg pasta.<br />

• PUMPKIN AND MASCARPONE IN EGG PASTA<br />

(SEASONAL)<br />

Pumpkin puree is blended with mascarpone, ricotta and romano<br />

cheeses, then seasoned with brown butter and molasses. This<br />

mixture is stuffed in egg pasta.<br />

• LOBSTER AND CHEESE IN EGG PASTA<br />

Real lobster meat is blended with shallot, parsley, ricotta, and<br />

seasoning, then stuffed in egg pasta.<br />

• ASPARAGUS AND MASCARPONE IN SPINACH<br />

AND EGG PASTA<br />

Asparagus and shallot are sautéed and blended with ricotta and<br />

mascarpone cheeses. The pasta shell is spinach on one side and<br />

egg on the other for a nice plate presentation!<br />

• GOAT CHEESE IN BLACK PEPPER PASTA<br />

Goat cheese and ricotta are blended with roasted shallots and<br />

seasoned with tellicherry pepper and stuffed in a black pepper pasta.<br />

• SMOKED MOZZARELLA IN RED PEPPER PASTA<br />

Smoked mozzarella, romano, and ricotta are seasoned with basil,<br />

oregano, and garlic and stuffed in roasted red pepper pasta.<br />

• FOUR CHEESE IN EGG PASTA*<br />

Ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and pecorino romano are seasoned<br />

with garlic salt and pepper, stuffed in egg pasta. A classic!<br />

• SPINACH AND CHEESE IN SPINACH PASTA*<br />

Spinach is blended with our four cheese filling and stuffed<br />

in spinach pasta.<br />

• VEGAN MUSHROOM AND SPINACH IN WHOLE<br />

WHEAT TOFU PASTA<br />

Fresh cremini and white mushrooms are dry roasted then blended<br />

with white beans and spinach, seasoned with lemon zest and<br />

rosemary, then stuffed into a whole wheat tofu pasta. This ravioli<br />

is 100% vegan and has NO added FATS!<br />

• TRUFFLE AND CHEESE IN EGG PASTA<br />

Our four cheese filling folded with an earthy truffle<br />

mushroom blend.<br />

• SUN DRIED TOMATO AND ROASTED GARLIC<br />

Sun dried tomatoes are chopped and blended with roasted<br />

garlic, ricotta, and romano cheese, and then stuffed in roasted<br />
