Sheet Pasta is available in any flavor and
comes in 10 lb. increments. Each sheet is
approximately 6" X 18" long.
Our custom pasta is a great way to create
a signature dish for your menu. We simply
prepare your custom flavored pasta and cut
it to fit your specifications. Custom flavored
ravioli filling can be made to your recipe or,
you can supply the filling and we will fill the
pasta of your choice. (Excluding meat and
poultry ravioli fillings.)

Frozen Filled Pasta/Gnocchi
Ravioli are part of OHIO CITY PASTA’s frozen
pasta offerings. They are traditional square shaped
ravioli. Our ravioli’s are packed 108 per case, and
are approximately 2" square. Our small ravioli
(Currently available in Four Cheese) are packed
180 per case, and are approximately 1.5" square.
LARGE 108-COUNT RAVIOLI
• CRAB AND SHRIMP RAVIOLI IN RED PEPPER PASTA
Crab and shrimp are mixed with ricotta and Italian seasoning then
stuffed in a roasted red pepper pasta.
• BLACK BEAN AND CHEDDAR IN JALAPEÑO PASTA
Black beans and cheddar cheese are seasoned and stuffed in
jalapeño pasta.
• ARTICHOKE AND CHEESE IN WHOLE WHEAT PASTA*
Hearts of artichoke are blended with our four cheese filling and
stuffed in a whole wheat pasta.
• ROASTED EGGPLANT AND GARLIC IN ROASTED
RED PEPPER PASTA*
Fire roasted eggplant is blended with roasted garlic, ricotta,
mozzarella, provolone, and Romano cheeses and seasoned with
Italian herbs and stuffed in roasted red pepper pasta.
• MUSHROOM, PORT WINE AND BLUE CHEESE
IN EGG PASTA
Cremini and button mushrooms are seasoned and sautéed then
blended with blue cheese and port wine reduction and stuffed in
egg pasta. Great with red meats!
• BUTTERNUT SQUASH IN SAGE PASTA*
Slow roasted butternut squash is mixed with a little ricotta and
romano cheese. Brown butter and seasoning are then added and
stuffed in sage pasta.
• SWEET POTATO IN EGG PASTA (SEASONAL)
Sweet Potato is blended with ricotta then seasoned with brown
butter, sage and roasted garlic. The filling is stuffed in egg pasta.
• PUMPKIN AND MASCARPONE IN EGG PASTA
(SEASONAL)
Pumpkin puree is blended with mascarpone, ricotta and romano
cheeses, then seasoned with brown butter and molasses. This
mixture is stuffed in egg pasta.
• LOBSTER AND CHEESE IN EGG PASTA
Real lobster meat is blended with shallot, parsley, ricotta, and
seasoning, then stuffed in egg pasta.
• ASPARAGUS AND MASCARPONE IN SPINACH
AND EGG PASTA
Asparagus and shallot are sautéed and blended with ricotta and
mascarpone cheeses. The pasta shell is spinach on one side and
egg on the other for a nice plate presentation!
• GOAT CHEESE IN BLACK PEPPER PASTA
Goat cheese and ricotta are blended with roasted shallots and
seasoned with tellicherry pepper and stuffed in a black pepper pasta.
• SMOKED MOZZARELLA IN RED PEPPER PASTA
Smoked mozzarella, romano, and ricotta are seasoned with basil,
oregano, and garlic and stuffed in roasted red pepper pasta.
• FOUR CHEESE IN EGG PASTA*
Ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and pecorino romano are seasoned
with garlic salt and pepper, stuffed in egg pasta. A classic!
• SPINACH AND CHEESE IN SPINACH PASTA*
Spinach is blended with our four cheese filling and stuffed
in spinach pasta.
• VEGAN MUSHROOM AND SPINACH IN WHOLE
WHEAT TOFU PASTA
Fresh cremini and white mushrooms are dry roasted then blended
with white beans and spinach, seasoned with lemon zest and
rosemary, then stuffed into a whole wheat tofu pasta. This ravioli
is 100% vegan and has NO added FATS!
• TRUFFLE AND CHEESE IN EGG PASTA
Our four cheese filling folded with an earthy truffle
mushroom blend.
• SUN DRIED TOMATO AND ROASTED GARLIC
IN ROASTED RED PEPPER PASTA
Sun dried tomatoes are chopped and blended with roasted
garlic, ricotta, and romano cheese, and then stuffed in roasted
red pepper pasta.
SMALL 180-COUNT RAVIOLI
• FOUR CHEESE IN EGG PASTA
Ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and pecorino romano cheeses are
seasoned with garlic salt and pepper and stuffed in egg pasta.
*Also sold in retail packages.
