He studied politics at Queen’s University Belfast, gaining his doctorate in 2000. His main research interests are the Northern Ireland peace process, and Irish foreign policy. Corinna Hauswedell is a historian and works as a project leader for post-conflict peace-building at <strong>BICC</strong>. She is currently in charge of a case study of the Northern Ireland peace process and the role of demilitarisation. She also lectures on Irish history at Mannheim University.
