Project Information Stafford, Prince William, and Fauquier Counties, and the U.S. Marine Corps are partnering to prepare a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) to examine land uses in and around MCB Quantico. The JLUS will explore impacts of community development and base operations. It will result in recommendations that encourage compatible growth and collaborative planning for the base and surrounding localities. We want to hear from you! The JLUS Partners will host three identical public meetings to obtain input from local residents and present data and information about the JLUS. The public, stakeholders and adjacent property owners are invited to learn more and provide input on issues by attending a meeting. The public meetings will include an open house to view maps and speak with project staff. A formal presentation will be conducted at 7 PM and followed by a question/answer session.
