Site Traffic Distribution and Traffic Assignments The distribution of trips was based upon existing travel patterns for the roadway network surrounding the proposed site. PHR+A utilized the trip distribution percentages shown in Figure 7 to assign the New Baltimore Costco development trips, shown in Table 4, throughout the study area. Figure 8 provides the corresponding development-generated Weekday AM/PM and Saturday mid-day peak hour traffic volumes as well as the Weekday and Saturday ADT assignments. For informational purposes, PHR+A has provided Figures 8A and 8B to show the development-generated “new trips” and “passby trips”, respectively.
