The imaginary crystal potential shows that a La atomic column sits on the upper left corner corresponding to coordinates (0,0). Selecting step Ratio and input parameters as shown in the image

one can see that a small Sr/La signal ratio (0.55) corresponds to a small thickness of approximately 3 nm. Simulating a line scan stepping over Sr/La and O-columns in between, one finds:
