UN DEPORTIVO CON CLASE
El XF fusiona el diseño y las prestaciones de un deportivo con el
refinamiento, las características y el espacio de una berlina de lujo.
Se trata de una de las berlinas más espectaculares, técnicamente
avanzadas y orientadas al conductor de la historia de Jaguar.
El nuevo XF es la primera berlina deportiva en la que Jaguar ha
plasmado su nuevo y espectacular lenguaje de diseño de Jaguar, un
lenguaje plasmado en un perfil único, atlético y enérgico y con una
espectacular carrocería coupe de cuatro puertas que arropa un
espacioso interior en el que caben cómodamente cinco adultos. En
cuanto a los acabados, la rejilla de nido de abeja, el espectacular
diseño de los faros, las tomas de aire laterales o las llantas de
aleación esculpidas son todo un ejercicio de exquisitez y delicadeza.
En el interior, el lujo y la artesanía de los materiales conviven con
los instrumentos más avanzados en un ambiente suavemente
iluminado que invita a la relajación. Si la excelencia en el diseño y
la atención por el detalle sitúan al interior del XF como líder en su
clase en cuanto a refinamiento, el uso inteligente que Jaguar hace
de la tecnología y la comodidad de los controles de la pantalla
táctil, añaden nuevos niveles de confort y funcionalidad.
The defining element of the new XF as a true sporting Jaguar is its
visual strength. Driven by a bold new design language, the XF
firmly emphasises contemporary and emotional themes while
remaining unmistakeably a Jaguar.
Targeting leadership in exterior and interior design, the XF builds
on already high standards of craftsmanship, quality and dynamic
refinement, while improving packaging and aerodynamics even
further. Having the space and practicality of full five-seat accommodation
was a programme imperative, so the XF is proportioned
to provide interior space and levels of comfort that challenge for
best-in-class honours. The front lower bumper includes powerful
air intakes, carrying chrome ‘splitter’ blades whose simple,
modern lines evoke the technical, strongly engineered shape of a
propeller blade.
The XF’s Jaguar character is defined by its face – centred around a
bold intake grille which provides a focal point for the feature lines
which stream back over the bonnet and cabin, it has inherent
visual strength. The grille’s mesh pattern is itself an important
element of external jewellery, the woven pattern an emotional
design signature that is quintessentially British, with strong sporting
connotations.
