Non-Members: All classes are bookable up to 7 days in advance.

Full payment is required at point of booking and this payment

is non-refundable. To access a class all customers must have

a class ticket, available from reception.

Fitness Class Guide: All classes are designed for all abilities and

allow you to exercise at your own pace! Customers are reminded

that they will not be able to join the class after 10 minutes past

the start time due to you missing an essential part of the class,

the health screening and warm by the instructor.

Class Cancellation Policy: Any class booking made which a member

can no longer attend must be cancelled in advance otherwise a

‘NO SHOW’ fee will be charged to the members account.

Class Descriptions

Ab Attack

A variety of fun yet challenging exercises

to trim the waistline into shape.

Aquacise

A total body workout. Ideal for

pre/postnatal mothers or those in

rehabilitation.

Bum, Legs & Tums (BLT)

A workout that concentrates on toning the

lower half of the body.

Belly Dance

This is a flowing sensual class with

movements of the torso. A fun way to

develop core conditioning.

Body Blitz 2

A cardiovascular class, now with even

more attitude; be prepared to work to

high tempo beats.

Bollywood Dance

Incorporating both traditional Indian styles

and Western influences in a fun and

energetic aerobic workout. All ages and

levels welcomed.

Bootilicious

Enjoy sizzling funky and Caribbean beats

in this waist down cardio workout.

Boxercise

A high energy challenging workout using

gloves, focus pads and boxing styles.

Improves fitness, coordination, skill

and timing.

Bums, Legs & Tums (BLT)

A workout that concentrates on toning

the lower half of the body, with both

standing and mat work.

Cardio Skip

Skip through this medium to high impact

class that’s a great way to burn calories,

improve co-ordination as well as general

fitness.

Circuits

Get ready to test your stamina in this

station based session. Working at your

own level it burns fat and gets you super

fit fast.

Core Condition

To assists the development of a strong

core by gently but effectively targeting the

area below the chest and above the waist.

Crazy Combat

Boxing and fighting moves combine in

this high tempo electro-cardio class.

Fit 4 50s

A low impact class that gently increases

fitness as well as tones and shapes the

entire body.

Fit Zone Aero

A high/low variety filled aerobic workout,

using a blend of different equipment.

Be prepared to be surprised every week.

Jazz Dance

A wonderful sassy class with

an amalgamation of dance steps,

routines and stretching. Improves

flexibilty and co-ordination.

Jogging Club

One of the best forms of outdoor exercise

around the local area. Register at reception.

Pilates

A mat based class which uses

core strength as well as stretches

to develop good posture, flexibility

and general strength.

Yoga (Ashtanga)

Performed at a faster pace than

conventional yoga with jumps and longer

holds. Expect more tone, flexibility and

burn fat.

Salsacise

A very popular cardiovascular class

working out to an Afro-Latino sound.

Dance moves and dynamic exercises

combine for an enjoyable workout.

Socacise/Socaerobics

A hip gyrating, torso oscillating,

bumper jumping cardiovascular workout

to Caribbean music.

Station Tone

Tone and sculpt all the right

places as you move from station to

station. Similar to circuits but gentler.

Step

A funky hi-lo cardiovascular workout

using steps. An effective way to tone

the lower body.

Street Dance

Hip Hop, R&B, Pop all combine

in a choreographed routine that’s

a cardio fun-tastic workout.

Studio Pump

Utilising barbell weights, this class is

good for building strength, burning fat

and toning muscles.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi’s carefully orchestrated

movements promote flexibility, balance,

inner calm and physical control.

Yoga (Patanjali)

Control the body through breathing,

stretching and posture. Ideal for

pre/postnatal mothers or those in

rehabilitation.

Zumba

A mixture of Latin and African dance

with easy to follow moves with lots of hip

wiggling.
