Cement, sodium silicate, calcium chloride,<br />

bituminous materials and resinous materials<br />

with or in the soil can increase stability of the<br />

soil. Chemicals stabilizati<strong>on</strong> is the general term<br />

implying the use of chemicals for bringing<br />

about stabilizati<strong>on</strong>.
