Deputy Program Director

Responsibilities include contract budget and performance

monitoring and reporting, amendment and contract authorization

oversight, budget preparation and invoice and billing oversight.

Duties also include oversight of Toll Services Group area. Deputy

Program Director ensures appropriate use of home office staffing,

and manages sub consultant utilization. Ensures staffing at

appropriate levels for success of the program and provides

coordination of toll operations and production support staff.

Certifications and Registrations: Registered Professional Engineer in

the State of Florida

Toll Services Group Program Manager

Manage the Toll Service Group in support of the Toll Operations

division’s goals and objectives. Duties include coordination of

personnel, and recruitment efforts for program staffing. Manage Toll

Services Project Support, and Toll Facility Engineering technical

teams in the delivery of toll systems and equipment initiatives in

coordination with the Toll Operations Engineering teams. Oversees

project support technical professionals and provide program

management in the areas of technology procurement, contract

award and implementation of major toll technology systems,

communications systems and toll facilities.

Certifications and Registrations: Registered Professional Engineer in

the State of Florida

Project Manager

Manages toll technology projects from concept though implementation.

Responsibilities include project concept development, specifications,

schedule creation and monitoring, quality control monitoring, testing

coordination and documentation. Project financial duties related to toll

systems projects and operations cost estimation, work program

coordination and generation of engineering estimates. Staff provides

project coordination with toll operations staff, toll engineering staff, and

planning and production engineering staff with the delivery of toll

projects. The staff provides management of toll contractors for the

delivery of tolling systems. Coordination with planning and production

project managers for assurance of toll operations facility reviews.

Responsibilities include development of scope documents, contract

specifications, issues work orders, contract and specification

adherence, schedules tracking, and contract documentation.

Provides coordination with toll operations staff, toll engineering staff,

and planning and production engineering staff for delivery of toll

projects.

Toll Facilities Engineer

Coordinates toll facility projects with revenue collection services,

construction, facility maintenance, production and other entities within

the FTE. Schedules, manages and inspects the installation of lane and

plaza toll equipment installations. Manages and oversees the toll

equipment contractors in the delivery of toll systems. Reviews and

comments on design plans in regard to toll operations and equipment

operations, track and report on toll lane configurations. Develops

standards for toll equipment configurations and installation. Manages

special toll engineering project teams in the delivery of toll operations

initiatives. Oversees toll facility construction and facility modification

work in conjunction with other FTE work units.
