Ab attack A variety of fun yet challenging

exercises to trim the waistline into shape.

Aerotone A full body workout using weights to

tone and improve the overall appearance of your

body.

Aquafit A great fun fitness class held in shallow

water up to chest height. The workout will

develop your heart and lung performance as well

as shaping and toning your body.

BODYCOMBAT A cardiovascular interval

training programme that combines high intensity

boxing, strength and stabilisation exercises.

BODYPUMP A class using barbells and

adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles

while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Boxerfit An excellent way to burn fat and

increase fitness using boxing training techniques.

Circuits A station based class designed to burn

fat and tone muscles using various equipment.

Suitable for all levels.

Combat fitness A practical fitness session that

involves boxing techniques, aerobic endurance

and body conditioning.

Fab abs An intense 30 minute session in the gym

with a particular focus on abs, sides and lower

back muscles with the aim to tone and work

those often forgotten muscles.

Gym circuit A strength class using our specialised

circuit series equipment.

Gymsticks Using your own body as resistance,

gymsticks aims to improve the physical condition, to

control the weight and to take care of personal wellbeing.

Hatha yoga Open classes for all levels, hatha yoga

balances a series of postures with periods of stillness

and relaxation. The breath together with awareness of

the body are emphasised, creating deep release which

cultivates flexibility, strength, stability and relaxation.

Indoor cycle An intensive aerobic workout on exercise

bikes, focusing on the heart and lungs. A great way to

develop lower body tone and burn plenty of calories.

Kettlebells The kettlebell is a cast iron weight

(resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to

perform exercises that combine cardiovascular,

strength and flexibility training.

Legs, bums and tums (LBT) An aerobics focused

class designed to tone the lower body. A mix of high/

low impact moves combined with floor work for

muscle toning.

Line dancing Get Western, make friends and improve

your fitness. With a strong music vibe running through

this class, you will learn choreography and get fit as

Pilates Developed to offer a conditioning and

toning technique that targets the deep muscles

supporting the spine and major joints.

Pump and tone A fun filled work out that uses

aerobic movements to lift your heart rate and burn

calories. Uses hand weights to tone and sculpt the

body.

Running club This session will centre on learning

running techniques with the goal of running 5km

within 12 weeks.

Step A funky high/low cardiovascular workout using

steps. An effective way to tone the lower body.

Step lively A fat burning cardio workout using steps

to strengthen and tone the lower body. The class

aims to increase your heart rate and improve lung

capacity.

Street dance Work the latest hip hop and house

dance moves for a totally cool cardio workout.

Stretch and balance A low impact class focusing

on improving stability, mobility, flexibility and muscle

tone.

Soul sisters A disco inspired exercise class aimed

at getting the blood pumping and the heart racing.

Using disco moves this class aims to improve your

aerobic and cardio fitness.

Swiss ball and stretch A class to improve

your balance and core strength. This class also

incorporates stretching to improve all round

muscle toning and strength.

Tri class If you are looking for a class that

ticks all the boxes, then this is the class to do.

20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of body

conditioning and 20 minutes of step aerobics.

The sections together provide a great cardio and

toning workout.

Yoga Involving a series of postures, yoga is

associated with meditative practices and can

help you become more aware of your body’s

posture, alignment and patterns of movement.

It makes the body more flexible and helps you

relax.

Zumba® A latin inspired dance fitness class,

suitable for all levels. Come and workout to the

sounds of pulsating latin rhythms with easy to

follow dance moves.
