PURSUIT OF SAFETY EXCELLENCE
The pursuit of safety excellence is central to Robins & Morton’s culture and is a
core value to everyone in the company—from executive leadership to the craft
professionals working onsite. The well-being of our workers and the public is
fundamental to everything we do, and consistently exemplified through our
people first philosophy. A philosophy built around a belief that every project
has “safety seasons” and that planning for each “season” requires very specific
procedures to accomplish every task. Through tools like our proactive, leading
90 day look ahead plans, we achieve an incident and injury free work environment.
TRAINING FOR EXCELLENCE
Robins & Morton recognizes that a skilled employee is
more likely to perform each task safely. Our Training
for Excellence Program provides credentialed training
for the development of our growing craft professional
workforce. The craft training program provides a standardized
process and is industry recognized. Helpers
and skilled professionals (journey-level) receive industry
recognized credentials that verify knowledge and
performance. Robins & Morton is an Accredited Assessment Center and
Training Sponsor for the National Center for Construction Education and
Research (NCCER) and our Workforce Development program meets the
US Department of Labor Standards of Apprenticeship training.
