• Terms of the sale are cash. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any disputes as to<br />
bids. Announced changes on sale day take precedence over printed material in this catalog.<br />
• All cattle are the buyer’s responsibility as soon as sold and will be taken care of for a reasonable length of time at the<br />
buyer’s risk. The sale management, owners nor any person connected with this sale do not assume any liability, legal or<br />
otherwise.<br />
• Bulls are guaranteed first breeding season. No other guarantees are implied.<br />
• Herd health is excellent. Individual health papers will be provided for shipment anywhere.<br />
• We are offering free delivery to central points within a 500 mile radius of the sale on all purchases totaling $4,500 or<br />
more.<br />
• Registration certificates will be transferred to buyer upon request at seller’s expense. When making settlement, buyers<br />
must give complete written name and address.<br />
• Insurance will be available sale day for those wishing to purchase it. Please tell the clerk when settling up.<br />
