Definition
The event will run in compliance with the following regulations:
- 2012 FIA International Sporting Code (ISC) and Appendices
- Specific Regulations set out for the series / cups;
- 2012 DMSB General Sporting Regulations;
- DMSB General Prescriptions for events run on circuits;
- DMSB Decisions and Provisions;
- Anti-Doping-Regulations of the National Anti-Doping Agency;
- DMSB Environmental Guidelines;
- General Provisions for DMSB Championships.

Art. 4 Races taking place during the meeting
ADAC Formel Masters
In compliance with the Specific ADAC Formel Masters Regulations, the following sessions will take
place:
one practice session of 25 minutes
one qualifying session of 25 minutes
three races of 25 minutes each
ADAC Procar
In compliance with the Specific ADAC Procar Regulations, the following sessions will take place:
two practice sessions of 25 minutes each
one qualifying session of 30 minutes
warm up of 15 minutes
two races of 20 minutes each (Races shall be held in one meeting continuous with a
repairing break of 15 minutes between the sessions.)
Mini Trophy
In compliance with the Specific Mini Trophy Regulations, the following sessions will take place:
one practice session of 30 minutes
one qualifying session of 30 minutes
two races of 30 minutes each
ADAC Sachsen Historic Cup / Formula- and Touring cars (HAIGO)
In compliance with the Specific HAIGO Historic Cup Regulations, the following sessions will take
place:
one qualifying session (Formula) of 20 minutes
one qualifying session (Touring car) of 20 minutes

Art. 6
Fuel
All participants must use the fuel assigned by the ADAC for the event. No other fuel than the
assigned one may be in any car which has passed scrutineering. The fuel made available on
payment corresponds to DIN EN 228 minimum specification, unleaded Super Plus. The
designated fuel may not be modified. No substances may be added, removed or modified in
their concentration. Any mixture with other fuels including a fuel which had been assigned at
a previous event is prohibited.
The fuel assigned by the ADAC will be provided by Shell. The delivery of fuel the event will
be at Thursday 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.

The delivery point is the Shell truck in the Paddock. The fuel must be paid right away.
Only unmodified ambient air may be mixed with the fuel as an oxidant. Unmodified ambient
air is the only cooling medium permitted for any fuel in a race car which has passed
scrutineering. Any artificial modification of the composition of the ambient air is forbidden.

Practice sessions will take place according to the timetable.
The qualifying minimal is specified in the corresponding Series Regulations.
In exceptional reasons, the Race Director / Clerk of the Course may admit a driver to a race who
has failed to fulfil the qualification minima.

17. Others
1. White line at the end of the pit lane
The exit from the pit-lane to the race-track has to be without endangerment of the other
participants. Crossing the white line at the end of the pit lane is strictly forbidden. At the pit
exit every driver will see a sign with a blue signal-lamp or blue flag.
The crossing of the white line at the end of the pit lane will be for all sessions penalised with
a fine of 150 € by the Race director / Clerk of the Course; during the race in all series with
the minimum of a Drive Through penalty.
2. Classification penalties
As a replacement of a drive through penalty inflicted by the race director when remaining
race distance is less than 7 minutes or after the end of the race 30 seconds will be added to
the elapsed race time of the driver concerned. This period will be increased by the number of
seconds according to the relevant times in case of a time penalty. In case of a stop and go
penalty 35 seconds will be added to the elapsed race time of the driver concerned.
3. Pit lane speeding
Any failure to respect the pit lane speed limit will be penalised by the Race director, during
practice, qualifying and warm up with a fine of 10 € per km/h speeding (starting at a minimum
fine of 50 €) and during races with a drive through penalty. The specific regulations for the
series have priority.
4. Race distance by extra formation lap / start delayed
In case of an extra formation lap the race distance could be reduced by 3 minutes per each
extra formation lap. In case of an start delayed the race distance could be reduced by 6
minutes.

5. Entering Fastlane
Entering Fastlane is allowed only when pit exit light is green. Disregarding will be penalised
by the Race director / Clerk of the Course.
6. Additional sign at the start- and finish podium
If the Race Director / Clerk of the Course orders a signal to a car an additional white flashing
light may be shown at the signal area.
7. Climbing on pit wall debris fences
It is forbidden to climb on pit wall debris fences during an event, including after the end of
races. Any action by a team breaching this ban may be penalised by the Steward of the
Meeting.
8. Penalties in case if disregarding yellow flag
An infringement against the code of driving conduct concerning „yellow flag signals” is
committed if
a) in a sector of the track in which the driver passes a displayed yellow flag, the driver
improves his so far achieved best sector time,
b) in a lap in which the driver passes a displayed yellow flag, the driver improves his so far
achieved best lap time,
c) the driver overtake an other car in an yellow flagged passage.
In case of an offence, in general the following penalties will be applied by the race director/
clerk of the course:
During the practice sessions: A drop of least five grid positions.
During the qualifyings:
Cancelation of the relevant lap time and a drop of least
five grid positions.
During the race:
Drive-through-penalty or a 30 seconds succeding timepenalty
respectively.
In case of an massive offence a drop of least five grid positions for the next race.
Additional regulation during qualifying: If a driver improve his so far achieved best lap time
when yellow flags are displayed at any point on the circuit, this lap time will be deleted.”
9. Leaving the track
Driving outside the track (ISC Appendix L Chapter IV) as well as leaving the track, cutting a
corner and taking advantage will be punished in qualiyfing by cancelation of the relevant lap
time, in race by a Drive Through Penalty.
