BARGSTEDT at the HOLZMA Treff 2013 - Optimum

It is that time again in September. In the Swabian Holzbronn is traditionally held the inhouse show, HOLZMA Treff
from 24th to 27th September. Along with the associate companies WEEKE, BRAND and of course HOLZMA,
also BARGSTEDT is on the field again and will present interesting innova-tions around the storage technology.
At the HOLZMA Treff BARGSTEDT will present a logistics solution with the horizontal storage
system TLF210 that helps carpenters and cabinetmakers to easily optimize their production.
Storage saw combinations from BARGSTEDT and HOLZMA are perfectly coordinated.
The associate companies offer complete solutions from one source.
Optimim process cycles, flexibility
in the order processing and,
above all, savings in the production
costs are not only important criteria for
the industrial production but also gain in
importance for the medium-sized cabinetmaker
and carpenter. Only those who
produce profitably today, is fit for the future
tomorrow. Considered in more detail,
it is understandable that the number
of suppliers of process optimizing storage
systems is increasing.
At the this year‘s LIGNA, for example
were represented 10 other suppliers of
horizontal storage systems except for
the market leader BARGSTEDT. The
different steps in development could
clearly be seen, the promises unisono
full-bodied. Many suppliers mention as
advantage of their products savings, capacity
increase or reduced energy consumption.
Considering it more detailed,
however, these advantages reduce to a
small part of the entire system. Capacity
increases refer mostly to several kinds
of material and saving in the production
time vanish quickly when trans-porting
material that favor disorders alone by its
nature.

and new applied patents to the
HOLZMA Treff
The horizontal storage system TLF210
is a fix part of the BARGSTEDT product
portfolio for the past 2 years.
With this storage system BARGSTEDT
copes with the individual requirements of
the cabinetmaker and carpenters. However,
even a successful product needs a
steady further development. As they say
suggestively: „If you don‘t go forwards
you go backwards“. So, in the last year,
too, some improvements were added
to the BARGSTEDT TLF210. The suction
technology was adapted to several
materials and the handling of structured
surfaces was considerably improved.
Also the heart of each storage system,
the storage control, has been improved
again in the new version woodStore 6.
Newly added has been for example the
production analysis woodStore analyzer.
Adjusted to the specific production
characteristics of the customer, this for
patent applied tool evaluates the entire
storage movements and based on this
shows how efficiently the storage is working.
As a part of the production analysis
the integrated expert system generates
practical advices according to these evaluations,
how to optimize in easy steps
the efficiency of the storage.
Another highlight of the new version is
the „FlexSort Plus“ which is also applied
for patent. Using FlexSort Plus the preremoval
places are no longer blocked
for the current production. There is no
simulation necessary to find pre-removal
places and to define them accordingly.
The entire storage and each contained
stack position is used by this module as
pre-removal place for interim buffering.
Even in horizontal storages with full chaotically
used stack positions the buffering
places are automatically created by
FlexSort Plus. With help of this module
the restacking in the storage is reduced
by up to 40 per cent and, due to the enhanced
flexibility, enables another considerable
increase of the economy of the
storage system.
OffCutPro - deliberated communication
up to the manual offcut
The new woodStore 6 offers even more.
A component of the latest storage control
is OffCutPro. As fully automatic offcut
management this module organizes
and monitors the entire stock of the offcut
panels no matter whether they are in
the horizontal storage or are allocated as
manual offcut to the offcut shelf.
With OffCutPro BARGSTEDT demonstrates
deliberated communication up to
the manual offcut. Only intelligent offcut
management is the key for a cost effective
production.
Storage-saw combination speaks
one language
How important the understanding of the
language is, is not only shown in human
communication. Also machines must
communicate to produce optimally coordinated.
Together, BARGSTEDT and
HOLZMA offer these storage-saw combinations
as a complete package from
one source. Hardware and software

characteristic and operation confirm this
