The Organizing Member Federation will invite all Member Federations
and their clubs according to the standard principles.

25 € per competitor (to be payed cash upon arrival in the competition

SCHEDULE
The event will be organized as an individual all-around-competition (no
qualification) in women’s artistic gymnastics.
A maximum of 56 gymnasts (in 2 subdivisions) are allowed to
participate; allocation in order of entry (first come – first serve).

Doctor will be present during the training and competition.
Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the German
Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your
travel to Germany. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist
each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that
the request is made before March 1 st , 2013 to the OC.
The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth,
citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and
departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa
application support letter must be sent to.
The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be
held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness,
repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all
participating Federations are responsible for making their own
arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against
illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their
Delegation. The OC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the
delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy).
Delegation members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the
OC in advance.
The invited participating federations must pay for the travel costs of
their delegation members. The Travel Schedule Form must be returned
to the OC by March, 29 th , 2013.
The OC offers transportation between the airport COLOGNE–BONN
(CGN) or the airport DUESSELDORF (DUS) as well as a shuttle
service between the railway station BERGISCH GLADBACH and the
official hotel(s).

SUMMARY
The Final Banquet will take place after the competition in the rooms of
“Rheinische Landesturnschule” (directly at the venue).
Free of charge only for participants (coaches, judges, gymnasts, HoD)
of the FIG-competition.
The OC will make sure that there are enough FIG breveted judges
present with the appropriate category of brevet for their functions.
International delegations may nominate additional judges on their
costs. Each team is supposed to send one international judge with
current FIG valid brevet on own costs.
The OC offers a refund of travel expenses in EURO as follows:
