The Thermal Arc ® Pro-Lite ® 250S series is
a DC inverter arc welding power supply
with Constant Current (CC) output
characteristics offering the highest value
and performance in a STICK welding power
source. All functions and controls are easily set through
robust easy to use push button switches on the front panel. Each function is
marked by a symbol and lighted LED that clearly marks which function is
being adjusted.
The 250S includes a digital AMP/Volt Meter, Hot Start, Arc Control,
remote control capabilities, and VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) circuit as
standard features.
A tough, lightweight and compact design makes the 250S ideal for light to
medium industrial applications.

Control Panel
1. Scroll Buttons – Used to select the parameters to be
set. The LED’s show which function is being adjusted
on the Sequence Graph.
2. Digital LED Display – Welding amperage and parameter
values are displayed in this window. Internal
warnings such as over temperature, low or high input
voltage applied are signaled to the operator by a
warning sound and error message on the screen.
3. Control Knob – Allows the operator to adjust the
output amperage within the entire range of the power
source, also used to set each parameter value.

4. Process Button – This button selects between STICK
or Lift TIG mode.
