<strong>Hanover</strong>residentsandstaffacrossthe<br />
countrycomeupwithnewinitiativesallthe<br />
time.Inbigandsmallways,theymakea<br />
differenceandshowwhyretirementhousing<br />
isapositivechoiceforolderpeople.<br />
Withsomuchlocalresourcefulness,andover600<br />
estates,it’snotalwayseasytokeepintouchwith<br />
allthispositivework.Wecanalsomiss<br />
opportunitiestocelebrate,shareandlearnfromit.<br />

formoneyopportunities.We’vealsoenlistedResidents’Council’shelptoidentify<br />
‘star’casestudieswhichcanberepeatedbyotherestates.<br />
